How to use
Before activity — warm up
Scoop a small amount and warm between palms. Apply to the muscles and areas you are about to work — legs, calves, lower back, shoulders. Massage in firmly with circular movements for 2–3 minutes before physical activity to warm the skin and prepare for movement.
After activity — recover
Apply generously to worked muscle groups immediately after exercise or physical activity. Use firm, slow movements — working from the extremities towards the centre of the body. Give it 3–5 minutes of real massage. The botanical actives need contact time and pressure to work.
Use consistently
The Sports Balm works best as part of a consistent pre and post-sport routine. Use before and after every session for cumulative skin-conditioning results. Suitable for daily use by athletes, active individuals and physical therapy professionals.
