Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and local delivery conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to EU. We hope to expand to additional countries soon.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Olively is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If you received your order damaged or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@olively.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
