CREATE THE MOMENT. EVERY EVENING.
Choose a moment. The same one, every evening. After your shower. Before bed. When the house goes quiet. WARM, BREATHE, APPLY.
Scoop a small amount and warm it between your palms until it melts. Bring your hands to your face. Breathe slowly, three times. Then apply - shoulders, neck, hands, feet - with slow, deliberate pressure. Take longer than you think is necessary.
DO NOTHING ELSE FOR TWO MINUTES.
