How to use
Before activity — warm up
Warm a small amount between your palms. Apply to the muscles you are about to work - legs, calves, back, shoulders. Massage firmly for 2–3 minutes.
After activity — recover
Apply generously to worked muscles immediately after activity. Slow, firm movements - from extremities towards the centre. Give it 3–5 minutes. Pressure and contact time matter.
Use consistently
Before and after every session. The results are cumulative - the more consistently you use it, the more it gives back. Suitable for daily use by athletes, active individuals and physical therapy professionals.
